Fountain Plaza building

A 35-story mixed-use skyscraper in downtown Portland’s business district. The building was proposed by a young consultant to the Portland Development Commission named Connie Wynn, who tried to keep as closely involved with the project as she was permitted. She considered the building to be her own personal baby, although few others would have necessarily agreed.

Today it is home to many prominent businesses, 12 floors of very expensive condos, and several important members of the Portland Heirarchy.

Former accountant, embezzler, and employer of necromancers Ted Cappell lives here.
